Q. How do I order an item?

Underneath each item in our online catalog you will see a list of the items available and their variations, as well as the price for each item.

Q. How do I order an item that needs a name or date added to it?

You may call our store (360-650-9007 or 1-888-650-9007) or send email to cate@mudinyoureyepottery.com with the item you'd like to order and the customization needed. (We can only customize items that are indicated as customizable in the catalog.) If you want to order non-customizable items along with the customized item we can take care of that as well when you call our store.

Q. What happens after I place my order?

We will contact you to confirm the order and finalize the s&h charges. You will be contacted via phone or e-mail so you must include both on the order form, where indicated. Orders placed from outside the United States will be confirmed via e-mail.

Q. How will you ship my order?

We use clean white shipping boxes with our distinctive gold label on the side of the box.

We ship using UPS for United States destinations and the United States Postal Service for international destinations. Allow four to six weeks for delivery.

Q. How much is shipping and handling?

This will be different for every order. Our charges include a shipping/handling charge of $7 - 10, depending on the item(s) purchased, plus the billed rate for weight and distance by UPS or US Postal Service. We will confirm the s&h charge when we contact you to confirm the order.

Q. Can I purchase shipping insurance?

Our shipping rates already include insurance. If pottery arrives broken, we will need the damaged item(s) returned to us in the same box. We will replace the item(s) and reimburse the return shipping costs.

Q. Is there any sort of money-back guarantee?

If you are not satisfied with the product, you may return it within 30 days for a full refund (less s&h), via credit card. This guarantee does not apply to customized orders.

Q. This is a gift, can you include a card?

We do have gift cards, one can be included with a short message for $1.00 extra.

Q. Can I be sure it's safe to serve food on Mud In Your Eye pottery?

Absolutely! All Mud In Your Eye pottery items that are made to come in contact with food or drink are lead-free, microwave-safe, oven-safe, and dishwasher-safe.

Q. Will my name be added to any mailing lists if I order from you?

A. We will not sell or rent your name, address, phone number, or any other personal information about you to any person or company. We only use the information you give us to process your order.

Q. I don't have a credit card, can I still order online?

We will not accept checks for website purchases (though we do in the store where we can check ID). Money orders are OK. If you are going to use a money order please call your order in to our store.
