We take pride in the pottery we offer for sale and we want you to be satisfied with every item you buy from Mud In Your Eye Pottery. If you are not satisfied with the product, you may return it within 30 days for a full refund (less s&h), via credit card. This guarantee does not apply to customized orders.

Our only requirement for return is that the item(s) must be carefully packaged and shipped in the original shipping box. Please package the item(s) with care, everything must be returned in the original condition for a full refund.

If pottery arrives at your home broken, we will need the damaged item(s) returned to us in the same box. We will replace the item(s) and reimburse the return shipping costs.
